Seven quirks meme

No one tagged me, but I'm doing it anyway because I think it's a great one. Also, there are people I want to tag, so y'all better do it!!

1. I'm not as bad as I was, but I prefer to walk/sit on the right side of people. It's not like that Seinfeld episode where I can't move left, but it's just some weird preference! I have no idea where it originates from, but when I'm walking with someone I usually move so I'm on their right. My friends caught onto this pretty quickly so sometimes they'll even move over to my left side before I do xDD

2. Ever since I read that urine can fly out of a flushed toilet within a radius of 20 feet (or something like that), I HAVE to close the lid first. If I'm forced to use a toilet without a lid, I do this weird ... ducking thing that I know is useless but I do it anyway, or if I'm in a bathroom stall, I am literally HALFWAY out before I reach with my foot to flush. If it's one of those motion-detected flushing toilets I just do everything as fast as possible because you never know when that thing will go off and coat you with invisible urine-particles.

3. If I'm watching TV I have to change the channel before the next show starts. As soon as whatever I'm watching is over the channel HAS to change or ... the tv will explode. Or something.

4. My desktop is messy but the windows I have open ALL HAVE TO BE IN USE IN SOME FORM OR ANOTHER. If it's just sitting there, unused, for five minutes or so? It must close. This is a problem if I'm, say, making icons with psp, or using Word to write something. I'll work on an icon, give it a rest, and close the program, even though I know I'll probably want to work on it again in ten - fifteen minutes and end up just opening the program again. This is why I love firefox so much, it lets me have multiple tabs open on webpages I might not necessarily be browsing at the time but might want to come back to later, but still only have ONE window open/present in my taskbar.

5. The toilet paper flap goes OVER, not under; the soap you use for your face should not be used on your butt, too; water on the sink must be wiped clean less bacteria and scum come together to form some new super germ; OMG NO SPIT ON DA MIRROR HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN? XD

6. I buy socks in packs sometimes, so you end up with like, six or seven pairs of the exact same sock, but sometimes it is still VERY clear which sock is paired with the other. This is because for whatever reason, some socks have a different level of strechiness than the others, or are tighter on your foot than others. Both socks must be at the SAME degree of stretchiness, it doesn't matter if they LOOK the same, if they don't feel the same on my feet - it is a no go. Not for the win. Fail.

7. Fingerprints. I hate fingerprints. This is why I try and avoid buying things with a shiny or metal surface, because it picks up fingerprints like WHOA. I have an iPod Touch and the screen/back on that? FINGERPRINT city. I think it just looks messy and smudgy and awful. So I bought these cling screen/back protectors and slapped them on there, then I bought a case and put that on there as well: iPod looks GREAT. The screen protector still gets the fingerprints sometimes but not nearly as bad as the regular surface did (you can't even tell a screen protector is on there, it's lovely), but for some reason that doesn't bother me. Maybe because I know the 'real' screen is safely protected. I also have a Razr2 which is ALSO shiny so it ALSO gets fingerprints but sadly there is so screen protector for that, so I find myself wiping it down every time I notice. Fingers also = Not FTW.

Sadly, I could go on, but y'all probably think I'm crazy and neurotic enough as it is xD
